Changed profile settings on facebook. Contacted OkCupid and they
immediately banned their account and sent me info to this. Also submitted
online to IC3.GOV

prevent someone else from being scammed.:
Don’t be stupid and to think clearly. Follow the steps that you think
are right but don’t give in. I blindly did being scared for my reputation
and livelihood.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I deleted my facebook profile, and my girlfriends profile on fb.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed.: They threatend me they will send my video to all my facebook friends. Even after I deleted a prodile they had a list of all my friends.
