I haven't sent money yet. If I send, it will continue. I complained about
Instagram.And blocked.

He didn't give any information about the bank. If i go bank
after He would tell me later. He said he would share from Instagram and
YouTube. I do not know what to do.

Blocked the number but contacted by a new number and shared the video to
some of my friends on Instagram using a new Instagram account with my name
and picture on it, I reported it then it got deleted now they are
contacting me again threatening me.

Did anyone got their video leacked by this person? And have anyone sent him money?
