How were you to send the money ?: Skrill & western union
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I have disabled Facebook, reported on Gmail, reported on outlook.com, reported on Facebook and Instagram. I did send money however, but I have completely blocked everywhere now. They tried to add some friends and family on Instagram and Facebook, but I told them to block and delete
