Samething happened to me, i blocked them from skype and on my phone but they are reaching all the friends and family, did it happened to you also, please share your experience. i believe its same guys from karachi pakistan.

I see that you have filled a form and seen the steps. Just follow them exactly, and you should be fine.
If the scammer cannot contact you any more, they will eventually go away.

Thanks i followed the steps, only thing bothers me is he reached out to lot of people mostly my friends and family or indirect friends with fake FB ID. I personally dont have FB and got help from my friend and reported to Facebook and they blocked the user

Notified to most of people I can not to accept any requests with my name.

Can other users please let me know if this guy from Pakistan posted videos or not. I am worried about him getting mad that i am blocking him and posting my video.

What you see here in this topic is all there is. No idea what final outcome was for any of these, but no news is good news. You will not get any responses from the people who filled these forms, however, scammers rarely do what they say they will do if you follow the steps.
