In my case I didn't add them on FB, but I guess since my skype name is my name it wasn't difficult to find me on FB... A good reason to use an alias huh..

This is why we advise to change your FB username and picture there, too. Block their name in Skype, and do not answer nor add any more new requests using other names in Skype. You want to give them no opportunity to contact you.

Hy guys,
this person tried to prank me yesterday. His/Her actuell name in skype ist emma anderson, or emma emma. Her/His facbook account is emma anderson, London. I have complain about this person and submit it to fb. I have blogged him in Skype. Don´t pay this dumb asshole in Tanger .....Nothing will happen more informations via pn if needed.

I do not know why you are laughing so hard. This is not a joke to some people. Perhaps, after you stop laughing, you can actually READ our FAQ. Then, you can post actual useful details herein this topic, so that other victims can find him posted here. A simple name tells us nothing, and helps nobody.

We need DETAILS, not sarcastic laughter here.
Where did you meet this person? What website? did they have a profile name there?
Please take the time to post the EXACT FB profile name, EXACT Skype ID name by right clicking the name in Skype. Also needed, the person to pay and where to send money.
If you have picture(s,) post them too.

After thinking about this more, I really am not amused by your LMOA up there at all. It is a callous affront to the many victims who come here for help. Yes, you are laughing at the scammer, but this is Smartass Flag Waving on your part. "Look at me! I didn't get get scammed!" Then you say you have more information and then say PM me for them, instead of posting them where victims can see them immediately? Like "Come to me personally! I figured it out!"

How do you think this makes other victims feel here? I know the answer to that one. You don't think.

Since I was informed by another victim here of the details of who your scammer really was, I am banning you off this website. We do not have to now wait for your oh, so secret information. I do not want to see one more post by you here. I'm glad that you did not have to go through the hurt that the rest of the members and readers here have, but this is one place you do not belong. Hopefully, you will grow up someday.

SAD to say but this just happened to me... i did what i was told...i paid... i too thought my friends list was private but i guess not... i googled the name and brought me to this... can anyone help me... i went thru changed my face name and changed the privacy to my friends list and set up the google alerts also... can some one PLEASE HELP!!!

I was on chatroullete just BS and then a nice cute latina lookin girl started talkin to me... so i started to conversate with her... and right off the bat she wanted to "have fun" and me like any other MALE guy etc went ahead and did it ... it got a lil wierd and of course sexual... then i got a BOMB dropped on me

THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $...and i dont hve that kind of money.... i kept tellin them but they didnt belive me... to make a long story short... i didit only cuz i was scared that they would leak the video and send it out to all my friends...

"send the money to MOROCCO to this persons name "Ali Bernoussi Ghebbouri"...
and maybe after a hr or so of being scared and worried i googled the name and brought me to this site...after reading some forums i went ahead and registered and hopped into the chat....i followed the advice and instructions from the very nice and helping people...... so thank you guys and thank you google and thank you SCAM SURVIVORS....LESSON LEARNED...i dont have much info on the person other than the skype name EMMA ANDERSON37 and ALI BERNOUSSI GHEBBOURI and that they wanted me to send money to MOROCCO ...AND be careful when your on chatroullette... i hope this helps

So I was victim of this Emma.Anderson36 as well. Was on Chatroulette, got invited to skype session. She asked for my facebook info so she could see more pictures of me so I gave her my email. We started a skype video session and she appeared as blond and I did something I've never done online before which is show private parts. 10 minutes later she was sending me skype messages that she had recorded everything. She sent me a youtube link which I clicked on it showed a video of me. Next, even though I never accepted her as a friend on facebook, she had posted my friends and families facebook pages on skype to show that she had them. Told me i had 30 seconds to reply. I immediately blocked her on skype and followed the guidelines as suggested by this site. Got the youtube video taken down. Haven't heard anything since. Do what this site suggests. Do not under any circumstance reply to these people. Most likely they will just give up and move on.
