Just blocked on skySk after reviewing the steps you include. Facebook is deactivated now and may soon send out a warning to family and friends not to trust any profile claiming to be me or open any strange videos.

I blocked the scammer on Facebook and on Line, and I permanently deleted
my account on Facebook. The scammer threatened to post my video to my
friends and family on social media and on youtube and other sites if I
don't pay the amount. The scammer gave me their address as well where they
are located in Lian, Batangas, Philippines claiming at first that the fake
girl lives in Bedok, Singapore, originally from Talisay, Cebu, and works as
a teaching assistant and receptionist as well and at CastleC - castle of
cosmetics. She claimed that she studied accountant first at Singapore
Accountancy Academy but did not continue then now she claimed to be a
student designer at University of Cebu-Banilad. Is there any way you can
prevent the scammer from sharing the video?

prevent someone else from being scammed.:
Never go on webcam with a total stranger you met online who you never saw
in person. This scammer is very nasty in the way she/he threatened me and
asked for the money to be sent as soon as possible because she/he needs it
for a claimed operation for grandfather. The scammer also has all the
facebooks of my friends on social media and then
