nicole.smith804 on Skype

Unread postby theatreflirt06 » Fri Jan 18, 2013 7:37 am

I just got scammed. Video of me naked was recorded over Skype. I was then told that my video will be on YouTube and sent to all my Facebook friends and family. This person has my entire friends list and showed it to me. They told me to send them $300 and then the video would be deleted. Well I sent the $300 using MoneyGram.com. After I sent the money this person said they needed $300 more. I begged and begged to them saying I had no more money and to leave me alone and not to send the video. They kept threatening over and over again. Finally I stopped talking to them and they logged off. I'm still scared that this person will end up sending the video to my friends and family. Here is the info I have on this person:

tagged .com account:
Nicole S
21, Female, Austin, TX

Skype:
nicole.smith804
Lufkin, TX
Female born Mar 1, 1991

Sent money through Moneygram to:
Philippines
Angela Ermita
$300

This person had me go on http:/ /www.aryty.com and input this info:
Philippines
phone# 9301483365
Password: reyesarena01 (this password they were not gonna give me at first. They kinda slipped and gave it to me. Might be very valuable info.)

I really hope someone can help me out.
Thanks.

Please read this topic, and follow all of the advice there: Online blackmail. Read this first. viewtopic.php?f=20&t=580

Please read that entire topic. Here are the main points in it:
DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MORE! They will only be back for more money over and over until you stop.
Block them in FB, change your FB username and picture. Increase your privacy settings in FB. Block them in Skype. Put Google Alerts on your name, and report any videos to the host of the website to close them. Do not answer any unknown emails, delete them without opening them, and do not accept any new friend on skype or FB. Do not open any emails from them, or any unknowns. Delete without opening.

f you have any other questions not answered in the main topic about what to do now, post them here or come to our chatroom to talk about them. We are always willing to answer questions from members here.

Thank you for your response and information. I did as much as I could. Hopefully nothing else happens and my video never surfaces. Apparently this scam has happened to a lot of other people. Has anyone's video actually been sent to their facebook family and friends?

Here are two screen shots I took of the Skype conversation, when she started blackmailing me. My picture is on the left, her Facebook and Tagged page are on the right. I was hoping it was a personal Facebook page, they were chatting with someone on the bottom of the Facebook page. I have other pictures but they just show the video on YouTube and them looking at my Facebook page.

I hope this helps.

Do you have the text of the blackmail? I'd obviously rather we don't have anything that would identify you here, so will remove the images you posted.

I only have one picture of the conversation before I blocked the scammer. They told me they would send me a message on Skype everyday and if I didn't answer they would send my video out, I didn't have contact with them today, but as far as I know, they haven't taken any action.

This image has my name on it. Picture deleted. FF.

Lost108,

we try to protect the real identity of our users here. It´s impossible to do it, so long one user insist to post screen shots with his own real name in. Try, please, not to do it, for your own good. This is one main reason for not posting screen-shots. The other one is: Google can not read screen-shots, just text. If one information about the scammer can be found online, is because is a text, not a picture with text in.
Instead, you can post links to "her" fake profile on Facebook and Tagged. You can gain the information about the scammer from the chat logs in one text file and you can post them as text. Just the information about the scammer, not something who can lead to your real location or name.
Is important to have details about the scammer. In the same way you found out what´s happend because someone else before you reported the scammer here, other victim will find details posted by you about this scammer and can be saved.
Help yourself by helping others - report your scammer here.
