The victim was one sextortion case, not a blackmail scam/sextortion. More about sextortion here:

The videos used by the blackmail scammers have short lifes. If are posted on Youtube and the account of the scammer is deleted, the video is gone forever.
If the scammer will try to store the video somewhere else online and the video is not viewed for a period fo time, the video is deleted.
And so long the scammers works from internet cafes (for own safety reasons), they can not store much on the computers there.
After a while, nothing remain. Just the bad memory of one unpleasant experience in the victims life.
