Magic 8 ball says "Highly unlikely". Most scammers don't have access to the video if it's deleted off YouTube. Maybe in the future, but right now it's not happening.

Dishwater,

you can find entire story about this awful case also here: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3444.

The victim was one sextortion case, not a blackmail scam/sextortion. More about sextortion here: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1666.

The videos used by the blackmail scammers have short lifes. If are posted on Youtube and the account of the scammer is deleted, the video is gone forever.
If the scammer will try to store the video somewhere else online and the video is not viewed for a period fo time, the video is deleted.
And so long the scammers works from internet cafes (for own safety reasons), they can not store much on the computers there.
After a while, nothing remain. Just the bad memory of one unpleasant experience in the victims life.
Help yourself by helping others - report your scammer here.
Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
