How were you to send the money ?: MoneyGram, Western Union, xoom, many othet ways but non worked because i have a bank that is not very popular

What country/city were you told to send the money to?: San Jose, The Philippines
How were you to send the money ?: Western Union, and Moneygram
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I have completely made my posts, pictures and personal profile completely invisible on Facebook, so that scammers won't be able to find any friends that I know.

I have also tried to deactivate my Skype account, but when I contacted the staff from Microsoft, she said I will have to wait for another month in order for me to completely deactivate the account. I haven't opened the Skype since the conservation I had with the scammer a while ago, with the exception of when I opened it for the local police to file the report specifically for this case.
