the scammer waited until after the video was taken before telling me her
age. They said they were with interpol and if i paid the money i wouldnt be
reported and arrested..

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Reported the Facebook account and deactivated my account. Haven't figured out how to block on Google Hangouts, and Google Hangouts is not really user friendly for trying to report somebody.
Where did you find us? Please give a link if possible.: Googled Jasmine Dupin and first thing to pop up which was a relief to not being alone.
