How much money did they demand?: $250. I payed and they demanded more

What country/city were you told to send the money to?: Philippines/ Cebu City

If they showed you your video on a website, can you post the site and account they posted it with.: They just had the file on their computer and showed me my friend list. They were gonna start by sending the video
How were you to send the money ?: remitly.com
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I deleted my skype, deleted my Facebook and YouTube, and deactivated my twitter and Instagram.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: Already mentioned, but I met them on an iPhone app called Mingle 2. Now I can tell that that app has many accounts just like this one.
