Oh, where do I start with this one? Let's go for the glaringly obvious one. "She" is a male abusing stolen webcam footage as part of the scam. Despite what shows like CSI tell you, an IP address is not going to lead you to the scammer's doorstep. All it'll do is tell you what ISP they're using and give you a general area where they are. Checking my own IP address can show me as being up to 150 miles from my actual location. To get anything closer you'd need a court order. You're not going to take down the scammer with an IP address. If you could, we'd be shouting from the rooftops about all the scammers we've had arrested. The best course of action is to get all the details the scammer uses and post them so they're made public. We're working on getting the dating sites to work with us, but we need those scammer details posted to warn others.
