What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: First of all thanks a lot for helping so many people. This happened to me on 3 weeks ago. So I deleted my facebook profile immediately but he managed to download some photos and friend list. Since then he started creating fake profiles and added some friends and posted videos, I did not contact him first two times which happened in span of two days and I didn't know about scam survivor and managed to get the fake facebook profile deleted. Third time I could not stop myself when another FB profile with video appeared, I chatted on Skype and agreed to pay £700 to him through Western Union. At the same time I came to know about scamsurvivor so I contacted them with this form, and cancelled the payment to scammer. Now I had his name and place. Again the facebook profile he created was deleted. For almost 18 days nothing happened then again same things started yesterday.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: I again have to get his profile deleted twice now since yesterday because he first joins atleast 30 people in friend list and then post the video. I read this somewhere that normally they don't comeback if you don't contact them at all and I did not contact him at all. But I guess there is no straight forward answer for this chap. He is making my life miserable, I feeling depressed everyday and regretting and hiding from myself. I have contacted most of my friends to let them know about the fake profile but I don't have contact for all friends. I don't know what to do if it keeps happening, I can't go to work and concentrate on it, all the time checking facebook search that if new profile is created or not. Last time I sent all the details to your website but did not receive anything back, I suppose I made some mistake according to your rules.
