How much money did they demand?: $4000
Name you were told to send the money to. : didnt fall for it
What country/city were you told to send the money to?: didnt say

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I confessed on Facebook I have done these things taking the power from this person. Asked my friends to block any more requests. Deleted my Skype account.

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: I dont remember exactly the ID now because I didnt go back to Skype. She used two accounts one was Kavita Aggarwal and Shruti Sharma (shruti.s123).
Then she made two fake account Nancy Prakash and Sunita George on Facebook. She even made one of me and started adding my friends on Facebook. all of those were reported and she/he has deleted those accounts. Please let me know what else needs to be done.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Blocked the scammer in skype. Reported to skype. He/She created a fake facebook account using my name and posted the video. Immediately repoerted that profile and removed it. Got a call from the above mentioned numbers saying the video is posted and i have to pay to get that removed. Cut the call and reported the same to local police department.

made all my friends list hidden and my pics. he tried to collect phone
numbers from my fb friends and threatening to send the video to them, also
they got my family members phone numbers and threatening that they will
upload the video to you tube and also will send it to my family and
friends. I got whats app call from this number +923037839862 and he is
demanding money
