Scammed today

Well, I actually was very very very dumb. I was 99# sure it was a fake, but anyways, everyone makes mistakes. A hot chick added me on f/b and we talked a little bit, we didnt share much information besides me telling which country I am from, and ''her'' saying she was from France. Than she added me on skype and told me to open the web cam and show the d, as I've been in a very bad spot when talking about sex these days, I just opened it and show my face, but didnt do anything wrong. She started showing her breasts, then I just ignored everything and reopened the webcam, only showing the intimal part trying to not show my face, but I accidentaly showed the brand of my sweatshirt which could recognize it was me in the two videos. Then, the scammer sent it to me:
While Mr: Bergamini
police.interpole 8643
you see this video it is beautiful and good to you so if you try to run away, you play hard, to stand head or you disconnect réelement you will see what I can do. So please do not try to run away
You see this video, it is you. So this makes me not I was the gendarmerie and the police station with the video, to accept a complaint against you with the Commissioner for "No Respect for Internet users of law" from the perspective of you saisire
and bring the case to court.

For I am more determined to spoil your life is make a waste, garbage, a shame, a disgrace, a hell, a real disaster, a hell on earth and also I remind you that I'm heartless I have not pourir pity for a life as well as yours.

I insta blocked her on f/b and skype, whithou saying even a word (which then I found out it was the best thing to be done) but I still had some fear to have my video post on a f/b friends' time line or whatever he has in his mind. I laughed a little bit in the 1 text, though I still got scared on this moment. Then I read like 30 posts in the internet (including this forum) and I saw a lot of people saying that they rarely post the video or do something, passing the risk to get caught or whatever. I called a friend of mine which is very cleaver on this computer-hacking area, and he found out the scammer adress and everything (the scammer is from Ivory Coast, and he was wondering to catch him in some sort of keylogger (no idea I'm pretty ignorant in this subject) and delete all his files. I thought it could be risky, but I dont know. As I said before I just blocked the scammer on the social medias he had and put my privacity in f/b to be seen only by my friends, so I kinda feel safe, I just don't know when I can feel ''free'' from this mistake, 'cause I saw some people reports saying that the scammer suddenly came back like in 2 months later, and when he discovered the video it was too late. Anyone to give me some advices ? Maybe having some talk I would feel a lot better. Sorry for my bad grammar and concordance, english isn't my main language. Peace boys <3

Hello,

The message they sent you sounds pretty similar in style to what they sent me. Although a different scammer or profile, the police tracked the person who scammed me to the Ivory Coast as well. Although they threatened me with creating fake profiles and stuff it was all lies and empty threats. Its been almost six months in fact on the 20th Nov it will be six months since the day and i have heard nothing from the scammers in that time nor to the best of my knowledge did they sent the video to anyone. I cant find it online either which means i'm assuming it no long exists.

My Advice is to follow every single step that the amazing guys who work (voluntarily) for the site have created and even more so stay away from online profiles forever. They are not a necessity and studies show more and more that they have a bad effect on the human mind.

Stay hidden, follow steps and you will be ok.
