What name did the scammer use?*: Malyn Cheng
How old did the scammer say they were?*: 22
Scammer's Skype username . THE NAME WILL HAVE NO SPACES IN IT.*: malyn_cheng123
What site did you first meet the scammer on?: Facebook
If they asked you to leave the site , where did they take you to?: Skype
How much money did they demand?: $1000 at first
Name you were told to send the money to. : Didn't say, only said to use Western Union
What country/city were you told to send the money to?: Didn't say
If they showed you your video on a website, can you post the site and account they posted it with.: They did post a YouTube link, unfortunately I blocked him and deleted the Skype chat and forgot to take down, now I'm worried it's still out there with no name but my face
How were you to send the money ?: Western Union

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Blocked on Facebook first. After a couple of hours, blocked on Skype as well. Changed my fb name and profile photo
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: I blocked the scammer on Facebook first, but because I had not read the advice on this website yet I didn't break all contact. I was still on Skype, he was really mad I blocked him on fb and threatened to release. We haggled for couple hours more, he also posted a YouTube link which I did not open. Now I'm worried that my video is still out there with no name so I cannot find it and take it down :( In the end I read the advice from here and blocked him in Skype, that broke all contact with the scammer. I made a mistake of deleting the chat, I should have kept the chat history so that I can take down the YouTube link. All this happened one month ago, on 2nd Jan 2015

DOB 2nd May 1993 from "calgery" Canada
