What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: They blocked me on skype account. And before that I did not accept friend request on facebook.

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: It seems like different people talk to me at different times using same skype account. They don't remember anything that we talked just a few minutes ago and they ask you to type your full name and location etc. explicitly even if they already have this information.
