This may be user error but I'm having no luck getting into the live help chat. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I don't see anywhere to click from there. I filled out the blackmail questionnaire.

If you were blackmailed, click HERE first and follow all the steps outlined there.

This will talk you through what you need to do in order to deal with the scammer.
It will also cover most of the questions you have, such as "Will my video be posted?".
There's a link to take you to the live help room at the end of it if you still need help.
Seriously, go there first. We're only going to send you there anyway.

My scam is not blackmail related or I've already followed all the steps. I need other help.

I filled all of that out but never saw the live help link. Do I have to refill the blackmail form out again with the same info? I don't want to double submit a blackmailer. Thanks for the help, hope I'm not too frustrating here.
