I came across this site after my experience this night. Like many males on here. I subjected myself to nudity through skype. I was then played back my video and asked to wire $700 to the phillippines or else it would be posted to my g/f's Facebook. I actually attempted to transfer the money, however, my bank denied the transfer. The person hacked into my facebook, or at least got my family and friends names. No later than 1 hour after the incident. My family recieved friend requests from this person. My video was on a fake facebook page. I reported the video, as well as a couple family members. The video has since been removed. I felt empowered by other stories, and it makes me feel better telling mine. I hope that most of the damage has been done. Any advice would be appreciated as this has seemed to ruin my relationship with my g/f and left me sick to my stomach.

I am sorry to hear that. Well, I am one of the victims of this kind of scam too. Hmm, did he posted the video to facebook after 1 hour of the incident?

The video was posted on their fake facebook page about an hour after i cut off contact with them.

now, try to deactivate your facebook, skype, twitter, and any other social network account. Don't let the scammer has any chance to contact with you

Facebook has been deactivated. Just did twitter. I'm scared for my job and the embarassment this may cause. I wonder if they will try to strike again with a different FB account.

u didnt pay them right? and make sure ur facebook account doesnt use ur real name and try to set ur privacy to a higher level

Did not pay them. My facebook account has been deactivated. I'm still shaken up by this.

ok thats good if u didnt pay them. If u do, they will ask for more money. I experienced it last week. Today will be my 7th day since the scam. I did not pay them as well.

I cut off the contacts when they were trying to threaten me. So, they didnt even give me their account number on time. But, my video is still in the youtube and it is listed as private video. So, I cant delete it.
