What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: deactivated Facebook and dating profile, blocked on Skype. called their bluff and told them to go ahead and post. as far as I know nothing has happened since I severed contact.

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: Scam was blatantly obvious in hindsight and I'm kicking myself for being sucked in - poor spelling and grammar and very pushy about moving to Skype/webcam.

If you're concerned, don't accept it and block them. It doesn't look to be a blackmail scammer from the profile.

Look at their friends list. Too many females to be a BM scammer.
