What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Blocked on facebook.
Deleted contact on skype.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: She asked for $5000, but I said I don't have that much money, and at the end I sent her $120 via Western Union. After I sent the money, she apologied and said she did this because his brother has brain tumor and needs operation and money urgently. She also said we're done and she will delete the video and my FB friend list and not threaten me anymore, and also promised 100% will not ruin my life.

Thanks SlapHappy for the details. I was the guy who reported this form. I wish I could have found this forum at the first minute when I got blackmailed. Sadly I agreed to pay her $120, and that seems to be a big mistake after I went through the suggested steps in this website. Would that be a sign for her to keep an eye on me? Should I believe in her saying we're done and she will not threaten me again? I'm really stressful now.

Anyway, I have blocked her everywhere and also changed my facebook url, privacy setting and deactivated it for now. I also managed to log in my family member's facebook to change their url and privacy settings as well. But of course I have no way to prevent my other friends knowning this if she does post the video. By the way, she posted my video in unlisted status on youtube for a while, and deleted after I paid her money. Until now (after 2 days), I haven't hear from her again.

It was really a stupid stupid mistake of me. Hope she will never bother me again, and I would be happy and think of that $120 as a valuable tuition fee to learn a lesson, even though in such a embarrassing way. I'll cherish my life and my family. I swear to god.

In your case, I doubt that they will be back. If the video is gone from unlisted folder, then they no longer have it. After two days gone, and nothing more from them you will most likely have heard the last from them.
Keep to the advice to make sure they forget you - the full 2 weeks.
The scammer running this "girl's" scam is very very busy. He has 6 or 7 other girl profiles that he has used or is using now, and has been doing this for awhile. It seems that volume and speed gets him the most money, as this is the business model for blackmail scams/sextortion. Any resistance, or disappearing from a victim and they move to the other 40 waiting to be scammed that day. These blackmail scammers do not waste time chasing after victims who disappeared, will not talk, and thus never pay once or again. That is fruitless work, gaining them nothing, and they know it.

The game is about getting paid, not about ruining lives. When you realize that MONEY is the object, not YOU, you will understand why each step works in the advice. NO TALK = NO MONEY = Go Scam other 40 TALKERS who may get scared enough to pay fast before they disappear.
