Bingo! All are not good enough, and is not following the advice steps.

Blocking on Chatous > Delete the account and never ever login to it again.
Facebook > DEACTIVATE IT.
Skype > Logoff and do not ever login to it again.

I trust you have done this now? Any other accounts open online? Deactivate and stay off of them or delete them.

Just reading the steps then doing something else that you feel is good enough opens you to further threats.
