My little story could use some help

I googled this after the incident, I think i handled it quite well so I fought I might share my story and see if it worked

I met this girl online so I got chatting with her, she wanted to Skype so we did, she got me to strip on cam and to show my penis, then it turned out she recorded me and demanding £350, I was nearly in bits, she started posting links to my mothers Facebook and my friends, so I followed what she said to do on western union, when I got her full name and country I refused to pay and told her I have her detailed and under EU law its black mail I can have her, hav'nt heard I word since and I kept checking my mams Facebook to see if its been in boxed and nothing happened. I have blocked her on Skype so I was wondering if it worked out fine? any details I'm missing?

How were you to send the money ?: Western Union
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: blocked them, warned people on facebook of a scam message with my name on it
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: don't give them the money but do what they tell you in till they give you their details and them you are blackmailing the black mailer

one other thing I completely forgot at the time, he/she tried to make make me panic so they are in control, but you just need to take control, I only did this because i'm skint at the moment so I hard no choice but to try and beat them.
I have read your website and I believe information like that can help people, it helped myself afterwards and knowing what steps to take. thank you

Thanks for the link. It probably is over, but you should follow ALL of the advice, including deactivating your FB for two weeks, and using google alerts on your name to check for and flag any video, should it occur.
