What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: i sent facebook this message " Facebook admins, facebook user Emly Ghonaty has obtained an illicit copy of child porn with my likeness. She has demanded money or she will use facebook to share the porn with my contacts. " i blocked their name on skype after the unfriended me on skype.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: dont let a girl ask you if your horny and want to go straight into a skype session.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I have not taken any...I'm very nervous because they told me I had two minutes to pay or they would sent it to my friends and family. I sent them half of the money online. I said I would send the other half tomorrow. They were watching my screen. So I couldnt do anything but send the money.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: The girl was real. I think it was a friend of his. When he spoke to me on his mic he was surrounded by lots of people.
