The victim met the scammer on Badoo. The conversation moved on Skype, where the record was done. The scammer tried to convince the victim to pay. Because he refused, the scammer impersonated Youtube police to convince him:

She took family and friends names from my facebook acc + said she would sent to them too. She has been sending me emails since this happenened on monday. She also has the you tube police on to me, a guy by the name of pascal who is demanding a further €1000

I blocked her on Skype and on my gmail.
I didn't pay her anything because I didn't allow her to proceed with threatening.
