The victim met the scammer on Facebook. The conversation moved on skype, where the record was done. The scammer asked for one huge amount of money, but after negotiation, he accept to receive just 500AUD. The scammer posted the video on Youtube, in the same account with another 4 videos posted also today with other victims. The account is terminated.

Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
