The victim met the scammer on Chatroulette. "She" claims to be from Ukraine, but originally Russian. The conversation moved on skype, where the record was made. The video was played back in skype only. The scammer asked for few hundred dollars to be sent thorugh Western Union, in Casablanca, Morocco, receiver´s name Karim Barou.
