The victim met the scammer online. The scammer used nathalie in Skype as the username, claims to be Nathalie Griffin, from US, staying in Pilippines. The conversation moved to skype, where the recording was made. The victim saw the video just in skype, before being asked to send money to the Philippines, name of the receiver Jennifer Junio. The victim sent 400$ thorugh Western Union. He blocked the scammer after the payment was done. But the scammer tried to add him again and again in Skype. Deleted and blocking the scammer was not helpful, so long as the victim has had other online profiles available and was easy to be found - by searching the skype username and the email address he used. After 2 weeks, the scammer tried to contact the victim´s family, telling them he has something to talk about with the victim and he doesn't know how to find the victim again.
