How much money did they demand?: i didnt pay anything, because i blocked her before she asked for money.
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: She send me a Facebook friend request and i accepted it. Then we wrote a little bit like, whats my name, how old I am and what kind of work I do and where I come from. After a while she asked for a videocall in Facebook Messenger and I accepted but it was curious because she looked different, but the video quality of her videocall was bad, so i wrote that she looks a bit different. I downloaded the messages of Facebook before I deactivated my Facebook profile. I immediately blocked her and reported the chat and her facebook profile after she send me 7 pictures of me while the videocall, but after I blocked her, she made a groupchat with me and my mum, and also send the pictures and wrote I have 05 seconds to write back. So i blocked her again and I never wrote again. I deactivated my Facebook profile.
The pictures she send were 4 of my face and 3 of my intimate place. I dont know if I have to send you any of them and I never heard of her since I blocked her. I searched via Internet of the pictures she send me of me, but I didnt found any match, so there is no upload of any "video" she has? I dont understand why the scammer writes he wants to upload the video and then only sends me the pictures. I saved the pictures on my PC in case.
I am just trying to forget this and try to be as silent in social media as possible on my Instagram for example, i even changed my profile picture on Instagram because it was the same from Facebook.
So I read from your forum i just have to wait a couple of month then the scammer moves on and maybe forgets me, I hope he deletes the "Video" he has allegedly.
Is it possible, that he searches my adress to contact me in some way because he knows where i come from and my name from Facebook?
