The victim met the scammer on Chatroulette. The conversation moved on Skype where the record was made. Using the posted email addres from the victim´s Skype profile, the scammer found the victim´s Facebook and threatened to send the video to the victim´s friends if he dont pay, through Western Union. Receiver of the money: Othman Antar in Morocco. No link with the video were sent, the victim saw the record just in Skype.

Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
