What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: They were messaging me via iMessage. iCloud email. I have made my Instagram and Facebook completely private which they already were im not searchable. All other socials are private
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed.: They found my name after I gave them my phone number. They did a simple google search and just found a close town that the cell phone is registered in. They threatened to send the photos but have yet to send me any confirmation they were able to find my socials or anyone related to me. It’s been 24 hours. someone on Reddit suggested about contacting the fbi, quoting the us law about blackmail and they haven’t contacted me back since
