Home Express Delivery Company is a fake courier used by Nigerian scammers in romance / military scams.

The fake characters used in fraud pretends to be women working with the US army in various war zones and claiming to send "one big box" with money found during one of their missions. The scammers targets mainly Arabic speaking victims.

In most of the cases, the contact is done on mobile phones, with the scammers texting the victim.

The story is the same: "ladies" pretending to be in the US Army sending parcels with money. The scammers are targeting victims all over the world.

The scammers pretend to be sending money or gifts. The fake delivery company is usually asking for 1.500 USD. If the first payment is made, they are back asking for more.

Again, the scammers are targeting mostly Arabic speaking victims, while pretending to be female military personnel sending parcels full of money from the war zone.

The victims are asked to pay for a so called insurance certificate. The scammers are fast to mention that any delay for sending the money will add penalties to the payment.
