The fake website is used in military romance scams. Fake characters pretending to be US military personnel in Syria claim to be sending parcels with money to victims they romanced online. The parcels will be stopped on the way and the victims are asked to pay various fees for releasing the parcel.
The fake website is operated by Nigerian scammers.
