If the victim refuses to send more money, after making already multiple payments, the scammer will pretend to be arrested and in jail, with the fake lawyer asking the victim to bail him out.

The fake courier company will also contact the victim asking for payments to deliver the equipment needed by the "romantic partner" to finish his contract abroad and fly back home to meet the victim.

The fake supplier will be contacting the victim as well, pretending they cannot contact the "business" person and they need the delayed payments for the equipment already sent.

The fake supplier in this case claims to be a company named Tan Santol Equipments & Co., using a fraudulent website active from the domain name tansantolequipments.us.
