One victim described his experience on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1DIJV8OJF4.

The victim tried to buy electronics on AliBaba last year in October. The fraudster contacted the victim by email, moving the communication outside AliBaba. The fraudster, allegedly located in the UK, claimed to have a warehouse in Turkey and he can supply the goods from there. The victim sent 1.000 USD through Western Union. Few days later, the supplier told the victim the shipment is ready. The victim received a link to the courier website and a tracking number. Next step - the shipper asked the victim to pay for insurance - 1.500$. The fraudster offered to pay half of the insurance if the victim paid the other half.

The victim never received the goods. The contact details used by his scammer were:

Since February 11, the same details are used by another online supplier pretending to be Peter Holding B.V., using a website active form the domain name surgicalface-mask.com. The contact details on the newly registered website shows:

Baylan Roman keeps changing company names and URL. Another company name is Peterson and Co Wales - Limited. E-mail for latest scam is petersoncolimited@gmail.com. Phone call started with being a UK company. Website also lists Thailand. When asked for sample suddenly their is a sub-Branch in Turkey.
