The fake website claims to be TD Bank.

The real TD Bank is a U.S. national bank and subsidiary of the Canadian multinational Toronto-Dominion Bank, founded in 1852.

The Nigerian fraudsters operating the fake one have not only stolen the website of the real bank, but they also moved the bank in the UK.

The fake site is used in investment / loan scams.

The same Nigerian fraudsters operate as well another fake website pretending to be the Reserve Bank of India.

The real Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India's central bank, founded in 1935. The bank doesn't deal with particulars.

The fake one was created in July 2019.

The Reserve Bank of India was established on April 1, 1935 in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
The Central Office of the Reserve Bank was initially established in Calcutta but was permanently moved to Mumbai in 1937. The Central Office is where the Governor sits and where policies are formulated.
Though originally privately owned, since nationalisation in 1949, the Reserve Bank is fully owned by the Government of India.
