The fake site claims to be an escrow company named Ground Fast Logistics.
More information is also posted here:
https://www.scamsurvivors.com/forum/vie ... =6&t=74635

From the fake site:

Ground Fast Logistics brings decades of industry experience and expertise. As one of the largest US-based worldwide auto shippers and movers in the industry with offices in major cities across the country, we know how to navigate the process, making it as easy as possible for you.

We've done a little bit of everything in this industry dating back to 1994 where it all began in Detroit, Michigan. We started as a towing company with just a single truck doing 24 hour emergency shipping and roadside assistance. We expanded until we had a fleet of trucks, operating in various parts of Michigan. We purchased our first auto transport carrier in 1996, and by 2000 we owned over 17 carriers who moved vehicles across the country. We grew fast, and in 2007 we realized we had more demand than we could service with the trucks we had.

Hello, I found this site by Googling a phone number that hit on this specific page. Kirby advertised a 2007 911 turbo for 23k on Autotrader.com. Said eBay was handeling the transaction. Email from eBay had the scam phone number listed as their finance department.
