The more recent creation of the fake site maker is a fake site pretending to be State Savings Bank of Ukraine. The content of the site is stolen from the real Oschadbank / State Savings Bank of Ukraine.

The real bank is active since 1991 in Kiev, Ukraine. The fake one was created 3 days ago.

GarWarner,

Thank you for the updates. Most of those sites are not active anymore or show no content so far. For the ones having content, we can not provide any verifiable evidence of being used in any type of online fraud.

Please, I am not a scammer - As at the year this post was made, i was just a newbie web developer who got jobs from different persons (clients i never met from different parts of the world that saw my gigs); i built a lot of websites and most i hosted with my name 'cause i didn't know they were used for scam. Over time I started getting reports of phishing and scam on my reseller hosting, I blocked these websites as reports kept coming. I never stopped blocking any website that was reported for fraud. I never knew my information was posted as the 'scammer' because I naively hosted websites I knew nothing about.

I sincerely apologise for all the harm and inconveniences these websites have caused people. It deeply hurt me to know that my skill and service was used for the wrong purpose. It was honestly not of my intentions, I was only trying to make ends meet as a newly graduated student at that time. I stopped business with these clients a long time ago. I have a legitimate business and i have NEVER scammed anyone all my life (this is not to convince you but it's the truth). I have always made an honest living rendering a service, it is sad what some people used my services for.

I am sincerely sorry.

See the first page comment:

Update: June 2020. The faker maker reported here contacted us pleading innocent. For his message and our reply please check https://www.scamsurvivors.com/forum/vie ... 17&t=70275.

We identified so far over 150 fraudulent websites associated with the person claiming here to be innocent. And we are still not done yet with investigating the entire portfolio of the fraudulent websites registered and maintained by this person.

Your sorrow will not help the people losing everything they had because of the fake sites you created.

I have always made an honest living rendering a service, it is sad what some people used my services for.

I stopped business with these clients a long time ago.

That's a lie - and it can be easily checked in the WHOIS of fraudulent domain names you are still registering now. To help you refresh your memory, the most recent one was voltexlogistics.org, registered on Jul 10, 2020.
