Welcome to SS, daysd. :)

The object of these "Remax" scams is to get you to log into a fake website they set up to collect your real email account name and your real password. Then they can login as you, and look for and take your personal information that they find, your contact lists, and also try to scam your friends in some way, too.
They could even use your email box to send scam letters, pose as you to scam people on your contact list, or any number of things criminal.
They may even list real properties and pose as the agents for them to actually do real estate scams as well.

This is not the real ReMax company, but scammers posing as them.
