Agreeing to it, and actually doing it are two entirely different things.
This guy if he is the same one, uses many excuses to back out and scam.
He has been perfecting his scam for years, and is very good at convincing others he is genuine with his "Sincere words."

If you forward everything to Big Al, we will carefully look at all information and if he is a scammer, remove all of your own personal information from all posts, leaving only the scammer's information. Your identity will be protected.
Others must be protected from him as well if he has used new information to scam others, and this can only happen if you provide his details. You are not the only one he has tried scamming.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

I'm thinking it might be someone stole those photos from Mr Juan, and using his name to scamming?
I'm sorry, i cant completely determine Mr Juan is Scammer, to protect individual privacy, i cant upload any personal info about Mr Juan, the only thing i can post is his company profile, which should be public.
We have not sign the contract yet, lets see if we can do it 100% under L/C
Thank you guys so much for trying to help me. I will keep attention on this website, it is very kind for international buyer and seller.

So, you want to possibly put others at extreme risk, who may not be able to determine if he is a scammer until it is too late for them? Fine for you if you get scammed, but others will suffer. We only post details of scams that are 100% proven by us. Protecting a dangerous, prolific scammer's details puts others at risk. Did you read all 10 pages of his scams he has perpetrated already?

I hope you can sleep well at night, knowing others will be hurt if you withhold them.

See what I mean? There is another lie. Good men in business do not lie. This guy is a dangerous criminal.
I know you don't want to expose others to danger, however, you inadvertently are if you do nothing.
You won't be accusing him, we will be.
