The scammer you are talking about is already reported in viewtopic.php?f=17&t=52847. The fake site used to defraud you is part of a list of over 40 domains used in online fraud and including everything - from pet scams until fake courier companies. This is a classical case of Cameroonian non-delivery scam.

The best option you have in such cases is to fill a complaint with the police, providing all the information about the scammer, the fake documents they sent and the places / people they asked you to send money.

Posting the messages received from the scammer and the fake documents used might save other potential victims until the police will be able to do something about your case.
