Exporter to China

I've been working to export our air purifiers to China. Wayne helped me yesterday to do some checking like verify IP address is in the general location and email is legit etc. All ok. He and I couldn't find any immediate red flags on my other but wanted to pass this one by you guys.

The one odd thing to me is that this one is asking for our lower tiered pricing at 625 for 800 units instead of 2nd level at 495 for 1000 units. One our international experts said maybe customs or shipping changes when they hit the 1000 mark.

Here is the contract they sent me:

Another thing, do you have the email address and emails from them, with full headers you can give us?
Attachments or any other documents that they sent to you?

Did he approach you first, or did you approach him, like on an Ad on a B2B website? If so, what is the Ad link?
