strange chat philippine girl

I started chatting with a Filipino girl 19 yos, met on a dating site. She has been very kind. She asked me several times if I'm going to find her in the Philippines.
After having gone along with the demands of her, after a day tells me that she loves me and feels attracted to me.
She starts to ask what job I do. The next day asking me to send the money to buy a wifi device. But she tells me she hasn't neither Western Union or other account.(I don't think she is a professional scammer)
She speak only of her wish list: a new dress, a new phone, but beyond the initial request didn't tell me more.
My opinion is that it is a girl who wants to change her life. She told me she wants to get married and live with me. I think she want me because I am bank for her.
Today she told me that money is not important. Now she want to see me on camera. She want to see my face (not sex or other things).
It's scam or what? For me is really strange chat.

Asking for money from someone you never met on the internet for any reason whatsoever = 100% Scammer.
