That is a common theme among these Romance / Non-delivery scams.
If the Victim doesn't pay then a fake Law Enforcement entity is introduced that tries to extort money under the threat of arrest.
You should stop all contact with the scammer and any associates.
They will all be part of the scam.
Please add as much information about the scammer as possible.
E-mails, E-mail addresses, Links to social media profiles. Fake documents and places you were asked to send money like Western Union or Bank account details are all helpful.
Then be careful of any new contacts from anyone you do not know because the scammers often try again.
