Sandrine messaged me on Instagram. She wanted to talk on Hangouts very quickly. Within days she said she loved me. She asked me to send her $3,000 to buy a plane ticket to come see me. She said she didn't know how to use Western Union and to send it to a close friend that she trusts. She sent the flowing Western Union information.
