Do you have any additional details to share? Stolen pictures belonging to the same person are massively used on Instagram, indeed, but there is no element showing how the person behind the stolen pictures is acting to defraud potential victims.

Any new information might help.

Yes.Not only on Instagram he has fake whatsapp number in the name of Elsa Jean.He send nude photos of her in whatsapp seduce boys for money.
Here are the photos her fake profile send me and tried to seduce me.

Yes I have screenshot how he seduce people by sending pics elsa jean and ask them favour.This fake account doing this trick to 1000+ people.
He recently change his user id of instagram as well i.e brookejrmiler.
I am sending you the screen shot in choronological order.You will understand now.
