What name did the scammer use?: Dr. George Bushwell
What site/app did you first meet the scammer on?: Instagram
Briefly explain what happened during the scam. : I was approached on Instagram. The man professed to be a plastic surgeon/army doctor. He called himself Dr.George Bushwell. Said he was from Bromley, UK. That he split his time between working as a plastic surgeon and volunteering as an army doctor. Weeks of praising my looks and messages with 50% heart emojis and riddled with grammar and spelling issues. I never trusted him. Things did not add up. Finally something a friend said pushed me to a reverse image search on pics he had sent and that led me to this site.
