The only interaction I've had with him is that he liked a post I made on Facebook. His profile name is "Billy James", and he also seems to use the nickname "Dr. Billy". He claims to have attended NYU, and has worked as a "medical practice manager" since June 14th of this year.

There's a lot of profiles using the name "Billy James" on Facebook. Any chance you can supply a link to the profile?

Briefly explain what happened during the scam. : He friend requested me on Facebook then asked me to download goggle chat. I did as requested and when that didn't work he asked me to download the signal app. Well that one worked. I have not deleted it yet. Also there was one phone call through this. A couple of chats on Facebook and messenger, but mainly the signal app.
