Note: the real owner of the stolen pictures used in scam has nothing to do with the fraudulent activities done by the criminals abusing his stolen identity and pictures.

The scammer claimed to be Captain George Carter Pabon, camp identity number 013/51969/CPT,attached to the central surveillance unit of camp Arifjan Kuwait. The communication was done on Instagram and only from time to time on Facebook.

After romancing the victim, the scammer promised to marry her, but for doing that he needed permission to travel to the victim's country.
The victim was asked to contact the USA Army command and request a basic travel allowance - email address used consult.usarmy@usa.com.

NOTE: The leave request fee is refundable once agent is back to base
safely.

Payment will be made to an agent officer who is in charge of forwarding
all applications. This is to be paid via Direct Deposit or Wire
Transfer. (Account details will be provided once it is required)

Once Payment is made, agent will be allowed relief off duties for the
duration of time as required.
