Tracing every IP I get these valid ones.
206.46.172.59 Verizon Internet Services n/a United States
66.220.155.139 Facebook Palo Alto United States
209.85.219.47 Google Mountain View United States
98.138.199.114 Yahoo! Sunnyvale United States
I suspect the verizon one is not the originating IP.
Both Gmail, FaceBook, and Yahoo Sunnyvale cannot be traced, unless sent through other servers in a certain way. So, unfortunately, we have no exact IP on this scammer. However, I am confident he resides in West Africa, as his script is typical of that area and a West African man.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

If they're using the Gmail website then there's no way to trace it back any further than Gmail.

I called the Moneygram 800 number today. They confirmed that all 3 moneygram transactions that I sent to Caroline were in fact picked up in Gilford NH. I do have an address and phone number for the only caroline figgeroa in the state of NH and she does live in Gilford.

HDMike, Moneygrams and Western Union payments can be picked up anywhere in the world, with or without fake proof shown by the scammer. They have corrupt employees who look the other way for a cut of the payments. The money was in fact picked up in Ghana, regardless of what the office told you. It had the receiver's address on the form you filled, and it was picked up, but not by anyone in New Hampshire. This is a fact. The money is gone, and you will never get it back.

I also highly suspect that the scammer chose the name of the person, Caroline, from the internet and she completely innocent in this scam. She is also not the person you were talking to. The person you were talking to is a MAN in Ghana, abusing stolen pictures of a porn star, and Caroline is NOT Ann Angel. Caroline is also a fake character of the scammer's invention, stealing a real person's name, address to make his fantasy more real for you. This is how scammers operate.

Under no circumstances do we want you contacting the real person you found on the internet in New Hamshire that the scammer used for her "details only," and bothering her with your scam stories. She is innocent and does not want harassment or interruption of her real life by a scammed romance victim. If you go against this advice, you will be breaking our forums rules about hurting innocent people, and it will not be tolerated. I just wanted to make that clear.

Now, would please give yourself a break here, and stop? There really is nothing more to say about the scam that is past that will help you. The Fantasy is over, and all the scammer's words and characters were lies. You need to accept these facts, forgive yourself, and learn from your mistakes. A good place to start is by not posting any more for awhile and reading the FAQ and other informational topics. Also, "Tell your story here" topic, to see how other members dealt with the scam.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

I've edited out the last name as it looks to me like it's probably the scammer leaving a message on their page rather than them being involved with the scam.
